The heat was the story at Redskins Park as tempratures hovered near 100 with miserable humidity to match at Thursday's 4:00 practice. Gallons of water and cases of Gatorade got the team through without any major heat-related issues, so John Keim was able to focus on the players.

Corner Walt Harris (quad) said he hopes to do some limited work Friday, but trainer Bubba Tyer said it's likely Harris will be out until next week. I'm curious to see how Harris plays. He said, because he was coming off knee surgery, he couldn't jump as high or turn as quickly as in the past.
