Brunell has Shoulder Surgery

Posted Jan 8, 2007

Several Redskins will be spending their time rehabbing after going under the knife

Quarterback Mark Brunell was the latest Redskin to undergo surgery since the season ended. Brunell had the labrum in his left shoulder repaired Monday.

Last week, linebacker Marcus Washington (left elbow), linebacker Rocky McIntosh (right knee) and safety Vernon Fox (pectoralis) all had surgery.

Left tackle Chris Samuels (left knee) will have surgery after next month's Pro Bowl and defensive end Renaldo Wynn (right elbow) is expected to have surgery within a week.
