| David Patten is a legitimate threat in the vertical passing game due to his speed, quickness, and ability retains his momentum with the ball in the air. Though undersized, Patten utilizes his body well to keep a defender from the ball. His ability to find the zone and seams in coverage has enhanced his production and ability to make the big play with regularity. Patten does not posses the ability to fight for the high-ball and can be out-muscled in press coverage. He should remain a viable option as a spot receiver for a team seeking depth and a downfield threat. |
