2006: Thomas started all 16 games at right guard. He played a role in aiding running back Ladell Betts to rush for a team-high 1,154 yards and a 4.7 yards-per-carry average. The Redskins' ground game finished the year ranked fourth overall in rushing yards and pass protection units yielded just 19 sacks.
2005: Thomas started the first 14 games of the regular season before a fractured fibula forced him to miss the remainder of the season. He joined with right tackle Jon Jansen to develop a dominant right side of the offensive line. Thomas also helped running back Clinton Portis rush for a single-season team record 1,516 yards.
2004: Thomas started 15 games at right guard, missing one game due to a severe hamstring injury.
2003: Thomas made his impact as a newcomer to the Redskins felt immediately, as he established himself as a dominating offensive lineman in training camp and in preseason games.
2002: Thomas was the starting right guard for all 16 games of the 2002 season for the Jets, clearing the path for Curtis Martin's 1,094 rushing yards on the year.
2001: Thomas played and started 13 games for the New York Jets, missing three games due to an ankle injury. He helped the squad finish with 2,054 (128.4 avg.) rushing yards, good for fourth in the NFL and second in the AFC.
2000: He started all 16 games at right guard for the Jets and didn't miss one snap the entire season. He played a key role on an offensive line that tied for fewest sacks allowed during the regular season (20).
