How Acquired: Signed with the Redskins on March 24, 2006 as an unrestricted free agent. Originally selected by the Buffalo Bills in the seventh round (215th overall) of the 2002 NFL Draft.

2006: In his first year as a Redskin, Pucillo played in 11 games as a backup center. He also saw action as a tight end in goal-line and short-yardage situations.
2005: Re-signed with the Cleveland Browns on Sept. 5 and went on to play in 10 games with six starts, all at guard. He spent training camp with the Browns, but was initially released.
2004: Saw limited action with the Buffalo Bills, playing in two games.
2003: Earned the starting right guard position during training camp and made his NFL debut on Sept. 7 vs. New England. He started the first 11 games at right guard. He was a key blocker in helping Travis Henry to his second straight 1,000-yard season. Eight of Henry's rushing TDs were to Pucillo's side.
2002: Spent time on the Bills' 53-man roster for all 16 games, but did not see any action.
College: He was a versatile lineman at Auburn, serving at guard and center. He started 25 consecutive games for the Tigers. As a senior, he started all 12 games at right offensive guard. In 2000, he manned the right guard position for 13 games and helped an offense that averaged 356.7 yards per game. |
